Build a personal brand and scale your book — recruit and lead a team when ready. Hit performance goals to unlock promotions, leadership roles, and revenue-share opportunities. Maintain licensing, contracting, and compliance for your market. Attend weekly virtual training and leadership development.   Requirements Reliable phone, data, and Wi-Fi. Must pass background check and carrier contracting. Active Life & Health license, or willingness to get licensed (we’ll help you in 7–10 days).
